How do a hang these wooden wall art pieces?
All pieces come with a fastener screw (figure 1) which can be fixed into a gib wall using just a screw driver and attached to the pre-cut key-hole (figure 2) in the back of the piece.
Most pieces can be hung in different rotated orientations, so there are usually multiple key-hole cuts for this. Alternatively you could attach other removals adhesives as long as they can hold the weight (between 1-3 kgs).

What payment options do you offer?
Currently we only accept NZ bank transfer, but we intend to introduce other payment options such as Credit Card and Paypal in the future.
Our bank account number is 03-0118-0019989-000, please use your order number as the reference number.
A item is not available but has an 'Order' button, what does this mean?
We do not have this item ready to be packaged and sent, but it can be ordered by a customer and once payment is made and the piece is ready it will be sent out.
Do we accept returns?
I gladly accept returns if a piece arrives damaged or you wish to exchange for another piece. Contact me within 3 days of receipt, and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Once ordered and payment is received we don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders or items on sale.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I would like to look at your art before buying, how can I do this?
We do not have a physical shop or gallery to show case our art.
But we do take part in some markets around Auckland, please follow our Instagram or Facebook account to see where we are next.
We try to be very open and transparent with our customers, and we provide high-definition photos of all art work. Please let us know if you wish to know more about a specific piece you are interested in.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging orders so that they arrive safely but understand that accidents do happen. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is damage. In your message, include a description of the damage, pictures of the damage, and pictures of the packaging. We will certainly do right by our customers but we need pictures.
I would like to commission a custom piece, or order an existing item with changes such as size, pattern or colour, how can I do this?
We understand ordering art online can be stressful, especially when commissioning a custom piece. We make every effort to work with buyers throughout the entire custom process. We send you a draft drawing and you give the go-ahead. We are very communicative throughout the entire process so you can rest assured that you will LOVE your custom order.
